Osseospeedインプラントは初期治癒、および長期予測の両面で優れた結果が得られている。特に表面をフッ素処理することにより、バイオフィルム難付着、生物学的封鎖（付着上皮の形成、上皮下結合組織の付着）が得られる。結果的に骨との結合を促進する。

辺縁骨レベルの維持にも優れ、インプラント周囲炎の発生を減少させる。

従来はインプラント埋入後２－６週後に見られたインプラント安定指数の大きな落ち込みもない。生存率は、委縮上顎無歯顎やサイナスリフトを施術した上顎臼歯部での即時荷重、抜歯窩即時埋入、委縮下顎の神経近接部への埋入を含んでも９４．５％から１００％という優れた臨床成果を出している。
